Anna Mathias, BS is a Health IT Project Manager with a focus in organizing, supporting, and substantively contributing to work products related to Electronic Health Record (EHR) software quality, regulatory, and patient safety assessments. She is a strong leader and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including direct management experience and training of 15 cross-functional staff on a five-year, first-of-kind quality oversight project for the ONC/HHS.
She is experienced in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requests and bids for proposals, to account and stakeholder management and project execution. She excels at engaging stakeholders and managing client expectations, and her past experience includes development of organizational structures and relationship building with large EHR vendors.
She is experienced in managing long-running and complex Health IT quality and regulatory oversight reporting programs, contributing to and completing RFPs for the REMS industry, and managing and supporting a team of experts’ analysis and guidance involving the safety and quality of software, regulations such as CEHRT and Meaningful Use, ISO Standards, and industry best practices for quality and risk management in Health IT software.
