Edwards testified with respect to the alleged infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,804,660, titled “System, Method, and Article of Manufacture for Internet Based Affiliate Pooling.” The ‘660 patent was filed in 2001 and lists Michael Landau and Evan Horowitz as inventors.
