Tuyana Molokhoeva is a dual-qualified attorney with 10 years of experience, specializing in business contracts and complex business litigation and arbitration. As General Counsel at Quandary Peak, Tuyana oversees all legal affairs, ensuring that the company’s legal strategies align with its business objectives.
Tuyana also advises clients on intellectual property litigation and arbitration, with a focus on trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and copyright infringement. She provides comprehensive support to experts throughout the legal process, from client onboarding and evidence analysis to discovery and expert report drafting.
Prior to her role at Quandary Peak, Tuyana gained extensive experience at a leading international law firm. There, she led cross-border legal teams in significant international arbitrations and litigations, handling cases involving foreign investment, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, and software development.
Tuyana holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the USC Gould School of Law, where she was awarded the prestigious Dispute Resolution Award, a full-tuition scholarship. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Technology and Entrepreneurship Law. She obtained her first law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In addition to her role at Quandary Peak, Tuyana serves as Co-Chair of Young CalArb, a young chapter of the non-profit organization California Arbitration, which is dedicated to empowering and engaging young professionals and law students with a keen interest in international arbitration.
